After concentrating on the technical aspects of personal training at the undergraduate level, Brian quite interestingly chose to pursue literature at the graduate level to ensure that his communication skills were allow first class. In both cases, his ultimate goal was to be able to serve his clients at the highest possible level.
At only fourteen years old, Brian won his first state power lifting title. Three years later he had won a World Championship, setting numerous National and World records. This early experience laid the groundwork for a career that has come to encompass all aspects of fitness. He interned with West Virginia University’s Strength and Conditioning program and worked extensively with private clients, primarily those over the age of 35. Many of these clients had special needs relating to diabetes, obesity, hypertension, rehabilitation issues and so forth.
Brian’s approach to health and fitness is based solely on prioritization. He feels that a successful fitness regimen begins with the client and their desire to embrace all aspects of a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance training, flexibility, wellness coaching and medical supervision are essential if one wishes to achieve complete physical and mental well-being. Whenever his clients make health and fitness a priority, success is never far behind.
