PTA in FREDERICKSBURG

PTA has just recently begun training clients in the Fredericksburg area. Jennifer Scherer lives in Fredericksburg has joined with us to train clients in the area.

She can be available whenever and wherever it is most convenient for you to train, whether that means coming to your home or place of work. She'll bring everything she needs to give you a good workout.

To make it easy for you to get to know her a little, the first session is absolutely free. She'll come to you, discuss your health and fitness background, talk about objectives, and then write out for you an overall, balanced fitness program that you can follow whether you decide to work with her or not.
