PTA in GREAT FALLS

PTA had many of its original clients from Great Falls, and after seven years, some are still with us. Janine Klein lives in nearby, Lisa Macdonald in Ashburn, and  Tsipi Mercurio in Reston. A number of ther trainers take clients in Great Falls as well.

We can make a trainer available whenever and wherever it is most convenient for you to train, whether that means sending a trainer to your home or place of work - we'll be there. And we can bring everything we need to give you a good workout.

To make it easy for you to get to know us a little, the first session is absolutely free. We'll come to you, discuss your health and fitness background, talk about objectives, and then write out for you an overall, balanced fitness program that you can follow whether you decide to work with us or not.
