Adam has always been very active in athletics. He was a three sport athlete most of his life, playing football, basketball, and volleyball. A serious knee injury requiring reconstructive surgery thwarted any hopes of playing at the collegiate level, yet served as the impetus for his immersion in weightlifting and bodybuilding, as he transitioned his athletic competitive outlet from the playing field into the weight room.
Adam feverishly pursued his new passion with a confluence of independent research and formal elective coursework at James Madison University in the areas of nutrition and kinesiology. His own physical transformation by way of an unrelenting workout regimen and diet garnered him the reputation at his university as the resident personal trainer. His informal training encounters with his peers acted as the catalyst to drive Adam to get certified and help others achieve their physical potential.
Adam utilizes his athletic background to integrate agility and core strengthening activities to help his clients not only to burn fat, but also be more mobile and able-bodied. Adam has experience helping clients of all ages achieve their goals of weight loss, toning, strength training, and core strengthening. He is a resident of Kensington Maryland and enjoys helping others achieve their desired fitness.
