Lisa has been involved in physical activity in one form or another, for all of her life. Being a New Zealander, (a country with a very active population) she was involved in competitive sports from an early age.

After taking time off from college in New Zealand to work as a ski instructor here in the US, she learned first hand about physical therapy after being injured on the mountain. After extensive rehab, she returned to college and earned her undergraduate degree in exercise and nutritional science and graduate degree in education, with an emphasis in exercise and sports science.

While she has been fortunate to work with professional, Olympic and collegiate athletes, overall Lisa enjoys working with people that are inspired to live a healthy lifestyle. Whether you’re just starting to exercise or have specific training requirements, she can design a program to suit your individual needs.
