PTA in RESTON

Reston is home to Tsipi and Mike Mercurio, founders of PTA. They are heavily involved in the community and serve numerous clients in the area. Stephanie Hill and Mariana Cave lives nearby and also takes clients in the area.

PTA has been training clients in northern Virgina for over seven years now. We can make a trainer available whenever and wherever it is most convenient for you to train, whether that means sending a trainer to your home or place of work - we'll be there. And we can bring everything we need to give you a good workout.

To make it easy for you to get to know us a little, the first session is absolutely free. We'll come to you, discuss your health and fitness background, talk about objectives, and then write out for you an overall, balanced fitness program that you can follow whether you decide to work with us or not.
