I instantly found my passion in sport and health as soon as I took my first anatomy and physiology class in college, and from then on was driven to not only learn more about the human body, health, and exercise, but to let others know how to take care of themselves to the best of their ability.

After heart disease claimed the life of a loved one in my family, I have been determined to spread the knowledge of the effects of diet and exercise, and to emphasize the role they have on longevity and quality of life.

Activity is one way to keep the heart strong, and I always find it more effective to enjoy exercise in order to be consistent with it. I know a lot of people don’t look forward to an hour long jog on the treadmill or even a thirty minute session on the bike, which is why so many people avoid going to the gym.

My goal for you is to make your work outs more enjoyable and less monotonous. You’ll find that not only will you be getting a killer work out but will also never get bored of the same routine. No work out is ever the same (unless your training for something specific).  I have always been up to a challenge, whether it be on my own, or helping others achieve their goals. If you set the goal, I will help you get to where you want to be.
