Jessica Wachob and Bill McKnight live in Falls Church and Dave Liss and a number of other PTA trainers take clients in the Falls Church area as well.

PTA has been training in-home clients in the northern Virginia area for over eight years now. We can make a trainer available whenever and wherever it is most convenient for you to train, whether that means sending a trainer to your home or place of work - we'll be there. And we can bring everything we need to give you a good workout.

To make it easy for you to get to know us a little, the first session is absolutely free. We'll come to you, discuss your health and fitness background, talk about objectives, and then write out for you an overall, balanced fitness program that you can follow whether you decide to work with us or not.
