Chantilly is close by PTA's studio in Herndon, making it an easy cover for a number of our trainers. Mariana Cave lives in Herndon, and Tsipi and Mike Mercurio live in nearby Reston and take clients in Chantilly.

We can make a trainer available whenever and wherever it is most convenient for you to train, whether that means sending a trainer to your home or place of work - we'll be there. And we can bring everything we need to give you a good workout.

To make it easy for you to get to know us a little, the first session is absolutely free. We'll come to you, discuss your health and fitness background, talk about objectives, and then write out for you an overall, balanced fitness program that you can follow whether you decide to work with us or not.
