PTA in VIENNA

Stephane Hill, Dave Liss, and Tsipi Mercurio live in the Vienna area. A number of other trainers take clients their as well. Vienna borders on Reston, home of Mike and Tsipi Mercurio, who founded PTA, so we spend a lot of time in Vienna. PTA  has been training clients in norther Virginia for over seven years now.

We can make a trainer available whenever and wherever it is most convenient for you to train, whether that means sending a trainer to your home or place of work - we'll be there. And we can bring everything we need to give you a good workout.

To make it easy for you to get to know us a little, the first session is absolutely free. We'll come to you, discuss your health and fitness background, talk about objectives, and then write out for you an overall, balanced fitness program that you can follow whether you decide to work with us or not.
