About Kim –
“Fitness is my life”, Kim says quite simply. “It’s been my passion ever since I can remember.” In addition to her 25 year association with bodybuilding, she’s been a skater, a dancer, a volleyball player and a runner.
With this sort of background, it’s no wonder that Kim brings an unbridled enthusiasm to her work.
She likes to completely surround any issue at hand, searching the internet if necessary to find options for dealing with injuries, rehab situations, or other challenges facing her clients. Kim takes whatever time is necessary to get her clients where they want to go.
Kim has also been studying nutrition for 20 years, specializing in sports nutrition and weight management. She took the lead in developing large sections of our weight management program, which has been a great success for us.
This double specialty makes sessions with Kim an amazing value for anyone who wants to get toned up and keep their weight under control.
